Refunds are given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
When you purchase a Go Test Go product, and cannot download the product to your phone using the instructions from the e-mail sent to you after you purchased the product, or you did not receive the e-mail providing the instructions, please click here
It's the customer's responsibility to confirm that the phone manufacturer, phone model, and carrier are supported and that the phone is compatible. Follow these simple instructions to download the free sample test:
1. Using your phone, open the mobile phone browser
2. Go to the following URL: gtg.mp (ie. entering the 484167 number sequence in the ‘go to URL’ option)
3. Select Downloads – Sample Test
4. Wait for the sample test to download then run the sample test
If you cannot access the Go Test Go mobile web site or download the test from/to your phone then your carrier probably does not support access to mobile content outside of the Carriers content.
If you cannot run the sample test then your phone does not support our product.
